Warranty Period

Recommended launch baseline: 12 months from delivery date for the overall product against manufacturing defects under normal personal use.

Battery, motor/control system, frame, wheels, fabric, and accessories coverage should be finalized by component before publication.

What The Warranty Covers

The limited warranty may cover defects in materials or workmanship affecting normal function, including approved issues related to frame structure, motor system, battery pack, controller, handle control components, wheel system, fabric body, and included accessories.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty should not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic marks that do not affect function, normal battery capacity reduction, misuse, overload, accident, unsafe operation, unauthorized modification, improper charging or storage, water damage beyond stated protection, or commercial/rental use unless expressly approved.

Warranty Claim Requirements

Customers should provide order number, product model, issue description, photos or video showing the issue, photos of affected parts, serial number or product label photo if available, and proof of purchase.

Lebas may request troubleshooting steps, additional evidence, or return inspection before approving a warranty resolution.
