U.S. Launch Shipping
Shipping Policy
Lebas plans to offer free shipping for eligible launch electric wagon orders within the United States.
Shipping Area
At launch, Lebas sells and ships to the United States only. International shipping will be added later after logistics coverage, taxes, customer service, and after-sales support are confirmed.
Free U.S. Shipping
The following launch models are planned with free U.S. shipping: Lebas Yard Helper, Lebas Terrain Tamer, and Lebas Beach Vacationer.
Free shipping applies only to eligible U.S. orders placed through the official Lebas website.
Processing & Delivery
Order processing time should be confirmed before live sales begin. Processing may depend on inventory availability, warehouse cutoff times, carrier pickup schedules, address verification, and payment review.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless specifically stated. Large electric products may experience carrier handling delays during holidays, severe weather, or regional logistics disruptions.
Shipping Damage
If a package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, and product condition. Keep all packaging materials and contact Lebas support as soon as possible.
Shipping damage should be reported within 7 days of delivery so Lebas can review the issue with the carrier or warehouse.
